Barnes, James - WHS Student Senate Memorial Scholarship
|

|
James Barnes was a former educator and faculty member of Westminster High School, teaching social studies for over 26 years and serving as the Student Senate faculty advisor for over 25 years. He left a legacy of service to the school and community, which this scholarship is designed to honor. A one (1) $1,000 minimum award will be given each year to an applicant that is a graduating senior and meets the scholarship criteria.
