The purpose of this Fund shall be to assist in the restoration or building of the current or new outdoor pool recreation facility located in the community of Taneytown, Maryland, Carroll County.  Once the pool is renovated or a new pool built, this Fund shall be used to assist in the maintenance, operation, programs and activities of the pool.
