The Mission of CCCS is to create an environment in Carroll County, Maryland, that deters criminal behavior by encouraging citizens with information to report it to the proper law enforcement authorities.  This community involvement and a reward for information through the Carroll County Crime Solvers will enhance the community’s quality of life.  Potential law breakers will learn that their behavior is not tolerated and that their criminal activity will not go undetected.

The Objective of the Carroll County Crime Solvers is to provide Carroll County residents and businesses with a means for positive involvement with Carroll County’s law enforcement agencies.  Individual citizens or businesses will be able to donate tax deductible monies to a fund that will pay a reward to those individuals providing information to the police about an unsolved crime or crimes.
