This fund has been established by John J. Gude for the purpose of honoring the life and work of Sally Patricia Ebaugh Gude by providing goods, services, and educational opportunities to youth in Carroll County, Maryland who are part of the Foster Children Program administered by the Carroll County Department of Social Services.
