Westminster, MD - Five prominent people, businesses and organizations will be recognized as the Carroll County Philanthropists of the Year during an event in their honor at The Portico of St. John Catholic Church in Westminster, on October 19th at 7:00am. The 2011 nominees for this fifth annual awards event will also be honored.
